The Office Manager will lead the local office, serving as the direct supervisor for the engineering, design and project management team. The Office Manager will report to the Regional Vice President.

**Primary Responsibilities**

o Develop and maintain client relationships at the engineering operational level

o Sponsor business development pursuits, key partnerships and initiatives; perform management review of proposals and estimates

o Champion communication with client, making adjustments as necessary to schedule, budgets and staffing to meet client needs

o Lead local growth, both in team capacity through external hiring and team depth through development and training

o Facilitate operational reviews of projects, ensuring adherence to client standards and contractual obligations

o Monitor and report project performance routinely using pre-defined metrics; provide overall project sponsorship (progress, financial health, schedule adherence, risk and opportunities, claims) for all projects within the office

o Coordinate staffing with regional and technical department leadership

o Provide day-to-day supervision of office staff; serve as primary office representative within regional organization


o Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) in civil or electrical engineering from an ABET accredited university

o At least ten years' experience performing power delivery engineering related duties

o At least five years' management experience leading project teams performing power delivery engineering related duties

o Knowledge of engineering standards applicable to the power delivery industry

o Professional Engineering license (desired)

o PMP Certification (desired)

o Legally able to work within the United States for any length of time

o Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English language
